Younisi Battery Charger for Industrial Scrubber Batteries
Product Description
The Younisi charger is designed with full consideration of the diverse battery configuration requirements of industrial floor scrubbers, offering a wide selection of voltage and current specifications covering common battery systems including 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V, with output current ranging from 15A to 60A to match various battery pack capacities—meeting the charging needs of everything from small walk-behind to large ride-on scrubbers. The charger housing is constructed from high-strength engineering plastic or aluminum alloy, offering excellent heat dissipation and impact resistance, achieving an IP54 or higher ingress protection rating. This effectively withstands dust and water splashes encountered in typical charging environments, ensuring long-term reliable operation in industrial settings such as workshops and warehouses.
In terms of charging performance, the Younisi charger employs intelligent multi-stage charging algorithms, featuring the widely adopted "bulk-absorption-float" three-stage profile for lead-acid batteries and the dedicated "constant current-constant voltage" two-stage profile for lithium batteries, automatically matching the optimal charging curve based on battery type. This intelligent control strategy delivers maximum allowable current during the initial stage for rapid energy replenishment, maintains constant voltage during the middle stage to prevent overcharging, and applies trickle current during the final stage to ensure complete charging and cell balancing—effectively extending battery cycle life. The built-in microprocessor continuously monitors battery voltage, current, and temperature parameters. Upon detecting abnormal conditions such as reverse polarity connection, output short circuit, over-temperature, over-voltage, or under-voltage, it immediately cuts off output and displays fault indications, providing comprehensive charging safety protection.
In terms of operational convenience, the Younisi charger features a large LED digital tube or LCD display that clearly shows current charging voltage, current, charging progress, and fault codes, allowing users to intuitively monitor charging status. The charger supports plug-and-charge functionality—automatically initiating charging upon battery connection and automatically shutting down upon full charge while transitioning to float maintenance mode, requiring no manual intervention and simplifying the operation process. The output end is equipped with Anderson or European-style universal quick-connect plugs, compatible with standard scrubber battery interfaces for convenient connection and reliable contact. Additionally, the charger features a wide input voltage design (AC 90V-264V), accommodating various power grid conditions worldwide for convenient export applications.
