Natural rubber formulations provide exceptional flexibility and resilience, delivering superior floor conformity and optimal water scraping results for routine cleaning on standard indoor hard floors such as epoxy floors, ceramic tiles, and PVC flooring. Polyurethane formulations offer enhanced wear resistance and superior resistance to oils, acids, and alkalis, making them particularly suitable for factory workshops, logistics warehouses, and other environments with heavy grease contamination or rougher floor surfaces—their service life can be more than double that of natural rubber blades. We also offer both standard hardness and extra-hard versions: standard hardness is ideal for smooth floors, while the extra-hard version is designed for floors with numerous joints or slight undulations, extending blade life on rougher surfaces while maintaining effective water pickup.

    In terms of structural design, the front squeegee blade from Younisi typically features flow channels or intermittent slot openings, designed to precisely control the intake of air and liquid, maintaining dynamic vacuum pressure balance within the squeegee assembly for consistent performance across varying floor conditions. The rear blade features a continuous, smooth scraping edge responsible for completely wiping away any remaining water film. The blade is pre-punched with mounting holes or provided with cut-to-length marking lines, allowing users to easily trim to the required length. The blade features a symmetrical edge design—when one edge becomes worn, the blade can be flipped or rotated to utilize a fresh edge on the opposite side, effectively delivering double the service life from a single blade.
