Younisi Brush Motor for Scrub Deck Drive System
Product Description
Structurally, the Younisi brush motor adopts a fully enclosed protective design. Its housing is constructed from precision aluminum alloy die-castings, offering excellent water and dust resistance, achieving an ingress protection rating of IP54 or higher. This effectively shields the motor from cleaning solution splashes and floor wastewater during operation, preventing liquid intrusion that could cause short circuits or corrosion. The output shaft is manufactured from high-hardness alloy steel with an anti-rust surface treatment and is supported by heavy-duty ball bearings. This configuration withstands the combined radial and axial loads generated when the brush contacts the floor, ensuring long-term concentricity and operational stability. Furthermore, the motor is equipped with an internal thermal protector or overload protection device. In the event of abnormal temperature rise caused by foreign object jamming or prolonged overload operation, the protection device automatically cuts off power, effectively preventing motor burnout and extending the machine's service life.
In terms of control compatibility, the Younisi brush motor adopts a straightforward on/off switching control method, with the controller managing motor start, stop, and fixed-speed operation. This design offers simple structure, rapid response, and low failure rate, making it particularly suitable for the high reliability and durability demands of industrial floor scrubbers. The motor operates at a stable voltage, and thanks to the inherent characteristics of brushed motors, the rotational speed automatically adapts to load variations without the need for additional speed control modules, further reducing system complexity and maintenance costs.
Installation and maintenance are equally convenient. The Younisi brush motor features a mounting flange with a universal hole pattern, making it compatible with the majority of scrub deck gearbox interfaces on the market and simplifying the assembly process. The carbon brush caps are externally accessible, allowing for quick inspection and replacement without motor disassembly, significantly reducing routine maintenance time.
