Younisi Pad Drive Holder for Scrubber Brushes
Product Description
The Younisi pad drive is thoughtfully designed with both installation convenience and operational reliability in mind. The center of the pad drive features a standard metal threaded insert or hexagonal locating hole that provides a secure connection to the brush motor output shaft, ensuring loss-free power transmission. The pad drive surface is evenly populated with dozens of high-strength nylon pins or spring-loaded gripping claws, arranged at an angled orientation to provide multi-directional holding force once the pad is installed, preventing slippage, shifting, or detachment during high-speed rotation. Selected models employ a dual-locking structure combining a center locating pin with peripheral snap clips, further enhancing pad retention reliability—particularly suitable for polishing applications where floor gloss quality is critical.
In terms of material and durability, the Younisi pad drive utilizes reinforced nylon (PA6+GF) or acetal (POM) as the primary body material, offering excellent impact resistance, wear resistance, and chemical resistance. It withstands prolonged exposure to cleaning agents, strippers, and other chemicals without becoming brittle or cracking. The nylon pins on the pad drive surface undergo special heat treatment to achieve an optimal balance of hardness and toughness, resisting breakage, wear, and deformation through extended use, effectively extending the pad drive's service life. Additionally, every Younisi pad drive is dynamically balanced before leaving the factory, ensuring smooth operation at high rotational speeds, reducing vibration stress on brush motor bearings, and prolonging motor life.
In terms of compatibility, the Younisi pad drive is available in a variety of specifications, with center hole diameters and locating configurations covering the standard interfaces of major floor scrubber brands on the market. Pad drive outer diameters range from 15 inches to 24 inches, accommodating different pad sizes for diverse applications including hard floor polishing, carpet burnishing, floor stripping, and routine mid-level cleaning. Installation and pad replacement are equally quick and simple: operators need only center the cleaning pad beneath the pad drive, press lightly to allow the nylon pins to penetrate the pad backing, and the pad is securely fixed. For removal, a firm pull separates the pad from the pins—no tools required, significantly reducing job changeover time.
